Welcome to Topia, an all-inclusive seaside retreat in Southern Baja. $250 per person, per night includes continental breakfast, brunch, snack, and dinner served daily at set times. Meals are fresh, healthy, and Mexican-inspired, with shared dining that creates a relaxed, retreat-style atmosphere. With just 6 rooms, Topia offers a peaceful, intimate setting with panoramic ocean views. Open to adults and families with kids 12+. Yoga is included Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

With just 7 rooms, a full on-site team, and shared spaces designed for connection and downtime, Topia is known for its hospitality, peaceful atmosphere, and fresh, Mexican-inspired food. Located about 200 paces from El Gavilan Beach, Topia sits in a quiet residential neighborhood on the Pacific side of Baja Sur, close to both Todos Santos and Cerritos Beach without being in the middle of the tourist zones. Shared amenities include a solar-heated pool and hot tub, yoga studio, indoor/outdoor library, fire pit lounge areas, and panoramic ocean views throughout the property.

Located at the southern end of Mexico’s Baja peninsula in the town of Pescadero, Topia Retreat is very accessible for travelers from all over the Americas. Topia is an hour drive from the Los Cabos airport, 15 minutes south of Todos Santos, an hour north of Cabo, and an hour southwest of La Paz. There are direct flights to Los Cabos from most US cities, also mainland Mexico. The La Paz airport has direct flights from Mexico City, Guadalajara and Tijuana.
