Welcome to Topia! This mindfully designed seaside boutique retreat center is located in Southern Baja, Mexico, with panoramic views and all the amenities. Surrounded by wild desert and exotic mountains, there is no shortage of adventure around here. Topia is a small, adults only 6 room retreat. Shared amenities include saltwater pool/hot tub, indoor/outdoor library with fireplace, hammock & fire pit lounge, and fully equipped yoga studio.

Good to know

Five twin beds with deluxe linens (or 3 twins & a king), bathroom, private patio and a kitchenette to prepare snacks and small meals, along with complimentary tea and coffee. All with panoramic ocean views, perfect for friends. Although we have multiple bed configurations we do limit the space to 2 guests.

Located at the southern end of Mexico’s Baja peninsula in the town of Pescadero, Topia Retreat is very accessible for travelers from all over the Americas. Topia is an hour drive from the Los Cabos airport, 15 minutes south of Todos Santos, an hour north of Cabo, and an hour southwest of La Paz. There are direct flights to Los Cabos from most US cities, also mainland Mexico. The La Paz airport has direct flights from Mexico City, Guadalajara and Tijuana.

My husband and I enjoyed our second year visiting Topia, and can't wait to do it all over again! We appreciate the tranquility of the property; enjoyed the views, lounging by the pool, and whale watching. The beach and local restaurants are also great, and a quick drive north to Todo Santos gives you another array of options to explore. Lovely location and wonderful hosts and staff! Hope to see you next year Topia team!

Kris has an amazing place in El Pescadero. It is off the beaten path and very relaxing with a killer pool, awesome amenities and friendly staff. Definitely would recommend Topia Retreat to all my friends. Check out their yoga retreats as well.

Amazing place to have a quiet and relaxed time off!. The beach in front of it it’s nice to see, but there’s plenty of choice nearby (definitely need a rental car to get the best of this place!). There’re lots of roads to take short or long hikes. The jacuzzi was superb!. And all the recommendations from Kris were very helpful. Hope to comeback really soon!!

We can’t say enough good things about this place. We normally rent whole homes on Airbnb and aren’t really “hotel” people(can’t really call this a hotel. It’s so much more) so were unsure at first but needed a place to stay last minute. We couldn’t have felt more at home. We had our private space, the common spaces were beautiful, and everyone we encountered was super cool. The view is astounding. The hosts and staff are so welcoming. Amazing pool. Hot tub. There’s not much more you could ask for. We stayed in 5 different places on our trip to the area, all of them great, but we are already planning our next trip back here. Book it.

This place is was the most beautiful place to stay in the Todos Santos area. Breathtaking views of the ocean from our room, the infinity pool, hot tub and yoga studio. The contemporary, minimalist architecture and design was very high end — something you would find a a luxury resort but with only 6 other rooms it feels so private. We stayed for over a week and didn’t want to leave. Our room had it own full kitchen and a beautiful private outdoor sitting area. You are 5 mins from Cerritos Beach for surfing and swimming and about 15 mins to Todos Santos for shopping and dining. The hosts are so kind and helpful; there was complimentary breakfast and they even arranged for a massage. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Just book!!

There is great scenic hiking and beaches just outside our doors. We do recommend a small rental car to travel around and explore local restaurants, beaches & Todos Santos.
