Welcome to Topia! This mindfully designed seaside boutique retreat center is located in Southern Baja, Mexico, with panoramic views and all the amenities. Surrounded by wild desert and exotic mountains, there is no shortage of adventure around here. Topia is a small adults only 6 room retreat. Shared amenities include saltwater pool/hot tub, indoor/outdoor library with fireplace, hammock & fire pit lounge, fully equipped yoga studio, outdoor bar & more!

Located at the southern end of Mexico’s Baja peninsula in the town of Pescadero, Topia Retreat is very accessible for travelers from all over the Americas. Topia is an hour drive from the Los Cabos airport, 15 minutes south of Todos Santos, an hour north of Cabo, and an hour southwest of La Paz. There are direct flights to Los Cabos from most US cities, also mainland Mexico. The La Paz airport has direct flights from Mexico City, Guadalajara and Tijuana.

We loved our stay here. The outdoor area and view from our room was spectacular, as was the pool area and the yoga room overlooking the ocean. Kris was also a fantastic host, super responsive and welcoming and had some great tips for our stay. We'd happily stay here again!

Great location. The architecture is epic and super well designed. Awesome ocean view and a super friendly staff and host. Side not: our room did not have drapes (other rooms did) which we recommended to Kris to add. For us this wasn’t an issue but late sleepers or couples looking for privacy, this might raise an issue. Other than this, I have only praises for this serene location.

Epic location, awesome daytime, sunset and starlight views. Great pool and hot tub, and super comfortable large rooms with king size beds. I spent most of my time here but also walked the trail along the beach or drove to the restaurants near by, and a few times to Todos Santos. The huge yoga studio was awesome, but I did yoga daily on my huge patio. The on-site staff, dogs and cat were very welcoming and having coffee and a basic fruit and yoghurt breakfast daily was perfect. Oh.. the outdoor living room and fireplace was also on point! Hope the suite is open next time I am in the area!

This is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation! It's truly one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed in. It's a beautifully designed space; everything's comfortable, clean, and exceptional quality. Kris, Shelly, and Karen were all so kind and helpful. They gave us recommendations for great restaurants, helped with directions, and were available for questions. The pool was the perfect temperature, the yoga room was well equipped, and the stars were stunning at night. It was a quiet, serene, and friendly place. I honestly have no critiques, it was 10/10 and hope to be back again soon!

We had an awesome time at this stunning retreat/boutique hotel space. The space, and staff were amazing, and there are so many fun things to do in the area (e.g. surfing, swimming with whale sharks, etc.). This peaceful place was beyond our expectations, so thankful for our time at Topia! Highly recommend it!!

Find us

There is great scenic hiking and beaches just outside our doors. We do recommend a small rental car to travel around and explore local restaurants, beaches & Todos Santos.
