Welcome to Topia! This mindfully designed seaside boutique retreat center is located in Southern Baja, Mexico, with panoramic views and all the amenities. Surrounded by wild desert and exotic mountains, there is no shortage of adventure around here. Topia is a small adults only 6 room retreat. Shared amenities include saltwater pool/hot tub, indoor/outdoor library with fireplace, hammock & fire pit lounge, fully equipped yoga studio, outdoor bar & more!

Located at the southern end of Mexico’s Baja peninsula in the town of Pescadero, Topia Retreat is very accessible for travelers from all over the Americas. Topia is an hour drive from the Los Cabos airport, 15 minutes south of Todos Santos, an hour north of Cabo, and an hour southwest of La Paz. There are direct flights to Los Cabos from most US cities, also mainland Mexico. The La Paz airport has direct flights from Mexico City, Guadalajara and Tijuana.

Most magical experience I've had in ages. Kris is a wonderful host, with great recommendations and attention to detail. The property has a beautiful energy with a welcoming staff. Kris and his staff made me feel welcomed while also respecting my privacy. Highly recommend.

Topia is one of those places in the world you want nobody to know about but you tell everyone you know once you get home. We spent a magical 4 days surrounded by beauty, a pool overlooking the sunset, perfect cleanliness, incredible service. The property was a good romantic getaway or find yourself beach front house, open to the concert of waves tumbling. We stumbled here by luck and are already planning our return before departure. The rules of this property are against parties, know before you come. We’ve left the hot design cement of paradero for this slice of heaven and are never looking back.

This retreat is a quiet oasis in Pescadero. Views for days over the Pacific while watching Whales breach (daily). Great staff and Yoga room is great for quick workouts and stretches. Infinity pool overlooks the ocean and is refreshing. Overall great facility for short term stay or a bigger retreat.

Find us

There is great scenic hiking and beaches just outside our doors. We do recommend a small rental car to travel around and explore local restaurants, beaches & Todos Santos.
