Welcome to Topia! This mindfully designed seaside boutique retreat center is located in Southern Baja, Mexico, with panoramic views and all the amenities. Surrounded by wild desert and exotic mountains, there is no shortage of adventure around here. Topia is a small adults only 6 room retreat. Shared amenities include saltwater pool/hot tub, indoor/outdoor library with fireplace, hammock & fire pit lounge, full commercial kitchen, fully equipped yoga studio, outdoor bar with pizza oven & more!

Located at the southern end of Mexico’s Baja peninsula in the town of Pescadero, Topia Retreat is very accessible for travelers from all over the Americas. Topia is an hour drive from the Los Cabos airport, 15 minutes south of Todos Santos, an hour north of Cabo, and an hour southwest of La Paz. There are direct flights to Los Cabos from most US cities, also mainland Mexico. The La Paz airport has direct flights from Mexico City, Guadalajara and Tijuana.

Pictures don't do this place justice. Such a beautiful retreat! Perfect location with an amazing beach view and just a 12-15 minute drive to Todos Santos. The Staff at Topia were so helpful with everything and really made it a relaxing stay for my girlfriend, and I. There's a lot of great food, and coffee shops within 5 minutes from the retreat. We got a ton of recommendation's from Manuel that we ran out of time to try them all, but will definitely be back soon. Wish we could've said bye to everyone, and Carolina but had to catch our flight back!

This was my first time to the area so I had little to go on, and really chose Topia based on the photos and it did not disappoint as a perfect perch for relaxing, soaking up the sun, being mesmerized by waves all day and night, and exploring Pescadero and Todos Santos. I took in every amenity at this gorgeous compound that is built for group retreats and I can see that it’s suited beautifully for that purpose. I felt very pampered to have access to the yoga studio all to myself, practicing daily with panoramic and open air views to the ocean. Salt water pool at the perfect temp, comfy chaise lounges, and hot tub for star gazing. Sleeping with windows open to listen to the waves, very comfortable beds, and a fantastic outdoor kitchen that wasn’t put to frequent use but was nice to have. Too much great food happening from tacos with your toes in the sand to farm-to-table dining. To top it off, the hosts and staff are kind, down to earth, helpful and professional.

Absolutely beautiful property very close to Cerritos beach with sunset views to die for. Loved my room (which was more of a mini apartment) with outdoor kitchen. Wifi was fast enough for remote work. On top of all that Kris is just an amazing host. 10/10 would stay here again.

Topia was so relaxing and even better than we expected. The room was very clean and comfortable and included daily housekeeping. We used all the common areas including the yoga studio, outdoor lounge and pool. The hosts were nice to chat with and Karen was so lovely too! We will stay here again next time we are in the area. Thanks Kris and Chelle!

Find us

There is great scenic hiking and beaches just outside our doors. We do recommend a small rental car to travel around and explore local restaurants, beaches & Todos Santos.
