Welcome to Topia, an all-inclusive seaside retreat in Southern Baja. $250 per person, per night includes continental breakfast, brunch, snack, and dinner served daily at set times. Meals are fresh, healthy, and Mexican-inspired, with shared dining that creates a relaxed, retreat-style atmosphere. With just 6 rooms, Topia offers a peaceful, intimate setting with panoramic ocean views. Open to adults and families with kids 12+. Yoga is included Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Topia is a boutique retreat center in El Pescadero designed for people who want a more personal, full-service experience than a traditional hotel or resort. With just 7 rooms, a full on-site team, and shared spaces designed for connection and downtime, Topia is known for its hospitality, peaceful atmosphere, and fresh, Mexican-inspired food. Located about 200 paces from El Gavilan Beach, Topia sits in a quiet residential neighborhood on the Pacific side of Baja Sur, close to both Todos Santos and Cerritos Beach without being in the middle of the tourist zones. Shared amenities include a solar-heated pool and hot tub, yoga studio, indoor/outdoor library, fire pit lounge areas, and panoramic ocean views throughout the property. Five twin beds with deluxe linens (or 3 twins & a king), bathroom, & a private patio. All with panoramic ocean views, perfect for friends.

Located at the southern end of Mexico’s Baja peninsula in the town of Pescadero, Topia Retreat is very accessible for travelers from all over the Americas. Topia is an hour drive from the Los Cabos airport, 15 minutes south of Todos Santos, an hour north of Cabo, and an hour southwest of La Paz. There are direct flights to Los Cabos from most US cities, also mainland Mexico. The La Paz airport has direct flights from Mexico City, Guadalajara and Tijuana.

Lovely stay for a small group of friends during a non-retreat week. We self curated a retreat experience at our own pace and was also able to enjoy local excursions. Space very conducive for a meditative experience, and is absolutely beautiful. Kris was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Would return again for future retreats.

Topia was an absolute gem. From the moment Kris' impeccable pre-arrival communication alleviated every ounce of pre-trip anxiety, we knew we were in capable hands. The property itself is a masterpiece of design and cleanliness, boasting a vista that could inspire a thousand sonnets. Its proximity to the shore is the icing on a very delectable cake. The attentive staff and daily breakfast were the cherry on top. Whether a solitary retreat or a gathering of loved ones, Topia is an unequivocal triumph. We’re already plotting our return.

This was the highlight of our two weeks in Mexico. Owner and staff were very helpful and always available, and the boutique hotel was beautiful and so peaceful! The food was fresh, homemade and delicious. Highly recommend to check out the yoga room, just breathtaking. Definitely hope we make our way back here again ❤️

Our stay at Topia was beyond what we could have expected, it was absolutely incredible. Kris and Chele are lovely hosts and have artfully curated an environment that delivers on everything you'd need on a relaxing getaway. Reflecting on our time at Topio, here are a few of our highlights :) -Lounging poolside with the binoculars nearby watching humpbacks blow and breach throughout the day -Spending time at Cerritos Beach, which is a great place to surf offering lessons and board rentals, followed by ceviche and cocktails at Barracuda Cantina -Practicing/meditating in the yoga studio - what a rare opportunity to get to practice privately in such a beautiful place! -Cuddles from the fur-queen of the castle, their dog Carolina -There are lots of great local dining options, but the on-site chef & offerings were delicious (get the chilaquiles) We are so grateful to Kris, Chele, Carolina, Journey, and the whole Topio crew for making this trip so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

My husband and I had the absolutely most serene time here. This Airbnb is so dreamy and is the perfect place if you are looking for some peace and relaxation. The amenities are so beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the library/ reading area. Breakfast was included every morning. There is no noise other than the waves crashing on the beach. I would 100% come back here in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Kris!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Staying at Topia made our trip so enjoyable and we had absolutely no worries during our stay here. The view and sounds of the ocean were outstanding and it was centrally located so we could surf Cerritos, pop up to Todos Santos, or visit friends camping on the beach in a short amount of time. It really felt like home during our time here and their dog, Carolina, always made us smile! We could tell Kris and Chelle really put a great effort into building this amazing space. Our time here was such a great experience and we can't wait to book another stay here!

There is great scenic hiking and beaches just outside our doors. We do recommend a small rental car to travel around and explore local restaurants, beaches & Todos Santos.
