Five twin beds with deluxe linens (or 3 twins & a king), bathroom, private patio and a kitchenette to prepare snacks and small meals, along with complimentary tea and coffee. All with panoramic ocean views, perfect for friends. Although we have multiple bed configurations we do limit the space to 2 guests. Your reservation includes complimentary Continental Breakfast.

Welcome to Topia! This mindfully designed seaside boutique retreat center is located in Southern Baja, Mexico, with panoramic views and all the amenities. Surrounded by wild desert and exotic mountains, there is no shortage of adventure around here. Topia is an adults only 6 room retreat. Shared amenities include saltwater pool/hot tub, indoor/outdoor library with fireplace, hammock & fire pit lounge, full commercial kitchen, fully equipped yoga studio, outdoor bar with pizza oven & more!

Located at the southern end of Mexico’s Baja peninsula in the town of Pescadero, Topia Retreat is very accessible for travelers from all over the Americas. Topia is an hour drive from the Los Cabos airport, 15 minutes south of Todos Santos, an hour north of Cabo, and an hour southwest of La Paz. There are direct flights to Los Cabos from most US cities, also mainland Mexico. The La Paz airport has direct flights from Mexico City, Guadalajara and Tijuana.

Topia was an absolute gem. From the moment Kris' impeccable pre-arrival communication alleviated every ounce of pre-trip anxiety, we knew we were in capable hands. The property itself is a masterpiece of design and cleanliness, boasting a vista that could inspire a thousand sonnets. Its proximity to the shore is the icing on a very delectable cake. The attentive staff and daily breakfast were the cherry on top. Whether a solitary retreat or a gathering of loved ones, Topia is an unequivocal triumph. We’re already plotting our return.

This was the highlight of our two weeks in Mexico. Owner and staff were very helpful and always available, and the boutique hotel was beautiful and so peaceful! The food was fresh, homemade and delicious. Highly recommend to check out the yoga room, just breathtaking. Definitely hope we make our way back here again ❤️

Find us

There is great scenic hiking and beaches just outside our doors. We do recommend a small rental car to travel around and explore local restaurants, beaches & Todos Santos.
