Welcome to Topia! This mindfully designed seaside boutique retreat center is located in Southern Baja, Mexico, with panoramic views and all the amenities. Surrounded by wild desert and exotic mountains, there is no shortage of adventure around here. Topia is a small adults only 6 room retreat. Shared amenities include saltwater pool/hot tub, indoor/outdoor library with fireplace, hammock & fire pit lounge, fully equipped yoga studio, outdoor bar & more!

Located at the southern end of Mexico’s Baja peninsula in the town of Pescadero, Topia Retreat is very accessible for travelers from all over the Americas. Topia is an hour drive from the Los Cabos airport, 15 minutes south of Todos Santos, an hour north of Cabo, and an hour southwest of La Paz. There are direct flights to Los Cabos from most US cities, also mainland Mexico. The La Paz airport has direct flights from Mexico City, Guadalajara and Tijuana.

This is my favorite place we have ever stayed! I am so sad we were only there one night. We spent a few nights at a boutique hotel in a nearby town but I wish we would have stayed here our entire trip. The pictures do not do it justice. The sunset views from the hot tub are amazing!!! A great location and beautiful space. Also the kindest host with great communication. I really hope we can come back for a longer stay someday soon!

An amazingly beautiful and relaxing spot. The hospitality is unmatched and we felt right at home here. We walked along the pristine and nearly empty beach everyday, watched surfers at nearby Cerritos beach, did yoga, chilled by the pool, and ate amazing foods. Sunsets watching the whales breach and slow easy mornings! Don’t hesitate to book this spot. Definitely recommend renting an SUV for the entire area. The roads are a bit bumpy. I’d personally say it adds to the charm, but if I were to come back I’d upgrade our car rental

We had a peaceful and relaxing time here. The sunsets are breathtaking, the design is modern and beautiful, and the hospitality was excellent. We enjoyed winding down in the infinity pool and hot tub every evening. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Great location, beautiful view of the ocean, very clean rooms, awesome infinity pool and hot tub, the common spaces are comfy. Drove a bit on dirt roads to get here but definitely worth it! Would stay here again 100%

This is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. I love where the location is and the view is top-notch. The place is very modern in design and has a really good feel to it. It’s also extremely clean and everything works really well. I love how there was access to a kitchen and there was drinks that we could have by the pool. Can’t say enough about how awesome staying with Kris is.

This is THE place for peace and quiet. My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary at Kris' place and just loved it. Super clean, inviting and the hot tub was a perfect relaxer at the end of the day. Access to Cerritos beach is minutes away, and great little places to eat all throughout Pescadero, with Todos Santos about 10 minutes north by car. But if you never wanted to leave, you'd wouldn't have to. It is so nice not to hear traffic, loud music or obnoxious guests - just the roar of the waves crashing on the beach below. We will definitely come back when we're looking to stay in the Pescadero valley.

Find us

There is great scenic hiking and beaches just outside our doors. We do recommend a small rental car to travel around and explore local restaurants, beaches & Todos Santos.
